Ashlea Rodriguez is a U.S. Air Force veteran, military spouse, Bellevue University alumna, and dedicated advocate for the military-connected community. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a graduate degree in Business and Professional
Communication from Bellevue University.
As Manager of Bellevue University’s Military Veteran Services Center, she helps create a welcoming space where veterans, service members, military families, and students can find support, connection, and practical resources. Through her leadership, the MVSC supports hundreds of veterans each month and collaborates with numerous community partners to provide services in education, wellness, career transition, peer support, and veteran outreach. Ashlea’s commitment to service and community impact earned her recognition as one of Midlands Business Journal’s 2025 “40 Under 40” honorees.
