Hero’s Encore offers performance opportunities led by Veterans, First Responders, and Active Duty members in Stage 3 of our 9-month Peer-to-Performer program.

All performance requests go through a booking form to ensure every performance provides a professional, mission-aligned environment for our Stage 3 performers.

Event Options

Option 1:
Honor & Legacy
(Ceremonial & Memorial Events)

  • Hero’s Encore considers these performances a sacred duty. We provide these services as a community contribution to honor the legacy of those who served, including funerals, dedications, and Gold Star ceremonies.

Option 2:
Community & Nonprofit Events

  • We invite our community partners to support the Peer-to-Performer journey through a mission-aligned contribution.

Option 3:
Corporate, Ticketed, and Private Events
Sponsorship-Based

  • Includes corporate functions, conferences, paid events, and private gatherings. These engagements are supported through a Performance Sponsorship, representing a direct investment in the recovery and reintegration of our Veterans.

    Sponsorship Tiers:

    • $1,250 – Hero Sponsor: Supports a performer’s specialized training and equipment.

    • $2,500 – Performance Partner: Directly funds a full stage of the Peer-to-Performer journey.

    • $5,000+ – Event Underwriter: Enables us to scale our impact and reach more Veterans.

The Fine Print

Sponsorship Processing:

For events requiring a Performance Sponsorship, payment instructions will be emailed after the request is reviewed. All sponsorships will be processed through our secure online donation link.

Event Agreement:

Corporate, ticketed, or sponsored events may require a simple Performance Sponsorship Agreement outlining expectations, scheduling, and recognition. This will be provided after your request is approved.

Recording & Licensing:

Recording for personal or internal use is allowed. Public distribution, livestreaming, or commercial use requires prior approval.
