Whether you’re a seasoned musician, an advocate for our heroes, or simply someone who wants to make a difference, there’s a role for you in our community. By volunteering, you’ll play an essential part in transforming lives and supporting veterans, transitioning service members, and first responders as they embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery through music.
Ways to Get Involved
- Music Instructors: Share your skills by teaching guitar, bass, or ukulele to our participants. No professional experience required—just a passion for music and helping others.
- Song Writers and vocal coaches: Share your skills via one on one, group, in-person, zoom classes/workshops.
- Fundraising/Event Support: Help organize fundraisers, community performances, and graduation showcases to celebrate our heroes’ progress.
- Administrative Volunteers: Assist with behind-the-scenes tasks like marketing, outreach, or program coordination.
- Community Advocates: Spread the word about Hero’s Encore and help us connect with local businesses and organizations.
