Jordan Ullom

Jordan serves as the Creative Director for Hero’s Encore, where she leads the organization’s branding, visual storytelling, and digital strategy. With a sharp eye for design and a passion for purpose-driven messaging, Jordan brings the mission of Hero’s Encore to life through compelling media that connects communities and amplifies the voices of our Heroes.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha, Jordan holds a degree in Communications and has a strong background in marketing, public relations, and media production. Her creative leadership supports the growth of Hero’s Encore’s outreach efforts, from campaign development and video production to event branding and social media management.

As the daughter of a U.S. Air Force veteran and granddaughter of a Vietnam veteran, Jordan is deeply connected to the military community. Her work is inspired by the resilience of those who serve, and she is committed to building platforms that elevate their stories through creativity, compassion, and impact.
