Booking & Support
Hero’s Encore is a nonprofit. We do not charge appearance fees.
When organizations bring us into their events, they’re not hiring a band—they’re stepping into the mission.
What you see on stage reflects a 9-month journey, where Veterans and First Responders rebuild confidence, identity, and purpose.
We ask organizations to support the program in a way that reflects the impact of the experience.
A full Hero’s Encore journey is made possible through community support of approximately $1,250 per participant.
Many event partners choose to support at or near this level, while others contribute based on the scale of their event, audience, and capacity.
Requests without financial support are considered on a limited, case-by-case basis, with priority given to opportunities that align with our mission, community impact, and long-term sustainability.
